CANDIDATE DUTIES:
- To share the inpatient care of acutely ill respiratory patients.
- To provide new and follow up out-patient clinics including suspected lung cancer patients.
- To provide non-invasive ventilation services.
- To take part in the integrated respiratory medicine consultant rota.
- To provide bronchoscopy services.
- To provide active role in lung MDT for lung cancer patients.
- To contribute to develop sleep service.
- Contribute to audits and ongoing research activity.
- Teaching, supervision and development of Junior medical and non-medical staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
- MBBS / MBChB / MD or equivalent.
- Speciality training completed.
- Minimum 7 years full time post graduate experience.
- Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in Respiratory.
- Consultant level experience.
- GMC registration.
- Efficiency in teamwork and superior communication skills.
- Leadership and Management Skills.
