We are looking to source GP´s with NHS England. Candidates will work in collaboration with the GMC and Health Education England.
If your are a General Practitioner looking for a position in NHS of England, Jobs Agency FM could help you in this process. We are recruiting GP´s for an Induction&Refresher Programme in which doctors will be assist with their training to get them on the NHS Performers List.
In this Induction&Refresher Programme you will have 3-6 months of initial training and some months of supervised placement before start working as a GP and join in NPL (National Performers List).
The programme is for EEA qualified GP´s in the North East of England but there are also opportunities for international GP´S and in different areas of England.
IT OFFERS:
- 18-month-conntract.
- Accommodation and transport support (for the first month).
- IELTS and GMC support. Pay for £500 (reimbursed on 1st pay month).
- Training as a Family doctor.
- Contract NHS for General Practitioners programme (GPs): £3000 (first 3 months)- £3500 (second 3 months).
- Salary between £68,000 and £72,000 per year (to be confirmed).

Requirement for suitability for first interview:
- Assessment at IELTS 6.5 overall within which one of two domains (reading and writing) may be at 6.0.
- Assessment at OET with two domains (reading and writing) at Grade C+ and the speaking and listening domains at B (or above).
- Certification of Cambridge English to C1 advanced.
Requirement for introduction to second interview (and entry to the programme):
- Certification at IELTS 7.0 overall within which one domain (reading or writing) may be at 6.0.
- Certification at OET with one domain (reading or writing) acceptable at Grade C+ and the remaining domains at B (or above).
- Certification of Cambridge English to C1 advanced.
- On the GMC register, and already hold a current GP license to practice, and can evidence three months’ professional employment (medical/clinical practice) from the past 21 months in a country where English is the first language.
- Relevant Qualifications according to the post.
SELECTION PROCESS:
- CV in English.

- First NHS interview.
- Attend face to face weekend.
- Start relocation process and 3-6 months training.
- Start observer placement in practice.
- Passes I&R (Induction and Refresher Scheme) assessments and candidate will be onto NPL (National Performer List).
