  • GMC registration.
  • Member of ophthalmology part III or equivalent.
  • Clinical experience.
  • Experience as a instructor.
  • Experience in risks management.
  • Experience in audit.
  • Evidence of audit research.
  • Experience in academic presentations and research skills.
  • Publications, awards or other academic distinctions.
