CANDIDATE DUTIES:
- To provide intrapartum care, emergency gynecology as well as outpatient clinics in both obstetrics and gynecology.
- Responsible for care and day to day clinical management of in patients of the consultant obstetrician and gynecologist for whom you are working.
- Attend out-patient clinics as required.
- Arranging admissions and prepare discharge summaries as appropriate.
- Regular morning ward rounds of in-patients in both obstetrics and gynecology. Assessment of patients in day assessment / Triage in obstetrics, the early pregnancy and acute gynecology unit is required during the day and labour ward cover is also integral.
- Teaching and supervision of junior staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
- MBBS / MBChB / MD or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years full time post graduate experience.
- Minimum of 18 months of continuous obstetric and gynecology experience.
- GMC registration.
